There is always such thing as too much of a food no matter what. Also, I can’t tell if this is grouping all carbs together but it kind of looks like it is and, you need carbs to function.
I understand that too much of these things can turn into fat but that’s not how this chart depicts it, and many people aren’t going to interpret it that way.
